Stevens Group receives funding for Coronavirus testing

The Stevens Group has received over €600,000 in grant funding from the EU’s European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), Imperial College London’s COVID-19 Response Fund and the Rosetrees Trust.

The funding is develop a rapid diagnostic test, capable of detecting ultra-low concentrations of the virus within samples. The test will be incorporated into a point-of-care diagnostic test over the coming months.
