Oliver Mahony has been awarded an EPSRC PhD plus award, which covers his post-doctoral salary for 12 months to increase the impact of his novel PhD research in silica/gelatin hybrid scaffolds for tissue engineering. He will work under the supervision of Dr Jones and Professor Stevens.
