Nasrin Lotfibakhshaiesh wins poster prize and travel award

Congratulations to Nasrin Lotfibakhshaiesh whose poster entitled “Strontium-Substituted Bioactive Glass Coatings with High Phosphate Content for Bone Tissue Engineering” won the Best Abstract and a Travel Award at the 'Days of Molecular Medicine 2011 conference, Re-engineering Regenerative Medicine', held at Hong Kong University. The aim of the conference was to discuss how to overcome barriers in translating Tissue Engineering and Stem Cell Therapy into clinical benefits for repairing damaged tissues.
