Karla-Luise Herpoldt and Joe Steele awarded at Postgraduate Research Day

Congratulations to Stevens Group members Karla-Luise Herpoldt and Joe Steele for winning 1st Prize: Best Public Speaker and 1st Prize: Best Scientific Content of a Lecture, respectively, at this year’s Postgraduate Research Day at Imperial College! Karla presented her project entitled ‘Peptide Nanosensors for the Point-of-Care Detection of HIV-1 Protease’ and Joe presented his project entitled ‘Zonally-Distinct Tissue Regeneration Within Articular Cartilage Scaffolds’.
