Alex and Tristan awarded Rosetrees Trust PhD Plus grants

Congratulations to Alex and Tristan for securing additional funding to support the final year of their PhD. This award will help them to add significant value and push their research a step closer to clinical applications. Alex will focus on evaluating the feasibility of using her injectable semiconductor polymer nanoparticles to restore the retina and tackle photoreceptor degeneration. Tristan will explore the application of his DASA photo-switching molecules as platforms for stimuli-responsive drug delivery and advanced disease models.

The Rosetrees Trust funds research in all areas of medicine that benefit human health and well-being and we are very grateful for their continued support.
