Sebastien Callens awarded Rubicon Fellowship by the Dutch Research Council

Postdoc Sebastien Callens has been awarded a Rubicon Postdoctoral Fellowship by the Dutch Research Council (NWO), to fund his research in our group for 2 years.

Sebastien will be investigating the tunable mechano-geometric control of biomineralization. Achieving engineering control over mineralization using environmental cues could have far-reaching implications in regenerative medicine, e.g. to engineer complex mineralized tissue interfaces.
